Cielo - Ventana Inn & Spa
As Director Of Food & Beverage, Steve Johnson works with his staff to ensure the cuisine at Cielo represents a connection with Big Sur and the fertile Central Coast. With his direction, the culinary team prepares seasonal menus that give ample opportunity for diners to enjoy a rustic cuisine that is approachable from every taste standpoint. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Cielo's dining operations, including the menu, training, development and inventory. Steve brings a wealth of food and beverage industry experience most recently serving as a consultant for the Sea Island Beach Club (Sea Island, GA) and its four dining outlets.
